COMING MAINLINE TRIPS
Saturday 18 September - Seymour for Craft and Produce Market
Due to construction work at Newport which prevented access on most weekends from the Newport Workshops West Block Siding where 707 Operations is based, the planned trip to Seymour on 17 July will now run on 18 September after the work is due to be completed.
The rescheduled train will be timed to provide allow a relaxed lunch and a visit to the Seymour Craft and Produce Market held on the 3rd Saturday of each month. The market features many stalls offering the very best of quality arts and crafts, fresh produce, plants and garden supplies, speciality food, and famous regional wines.

(1) Available to passengers who are members of 707 Operations or are entitled to cocession fares on public transport in Victoria

(4) Exclusive use of a cabin in sleeper carriage Kuldalai (maximum three passengers)

Castlemaine - Cancelled
Our planned trip to Castlemaine required the 707 Operations carriages to be stabled in Thompson's Siding for the duration of the layover at Castlemaine. Due to the condition of the sleepers the siding was recently shortened and access is now restricted to track maintenance plant. Unfortunately this means we are presently unable to run to Castlemaine.
Saturday 04 December - Suburban Steam Soiree 2
Our "Suburban Steam Soiree" run last December to Glen Waverley/Flemington Racecourse/Lilydale was booked out and highly appreciated by our passengers and crew. We plan to run a similar trip afternoon/evening trip on Saturday 04 December. The itinerary is being finalised. We promise you it will be "interesting".
